When I installed the Solar panel they had good team 2 years ago. But now getting the Service team or Customer support for last 3 months is difficult. They do not even return the calls. The good reviews 2 years are not valid anymore. I have dead solar panels for last 3 months that was installed by them.

Trash. These positive reviews have to be bots because I've not been able to get a hold of anyone at EHS. Their customer service line puts you on hold for three minutes then sends you to voicemail, of which a call is never returned. Not emails. I'm beginning to wonder who actually I stalled my solar system because these people don't seem to even exist.

The sales person was nice enough to get more panels on my house and since I had had a bad experience with a different solar company said you were not like the other company and would correct the mistakes and damage done so that things would run smoothly again. One room and a wall do not have electricity and my upstairs is not wired to use solar if there is an outage which defeats the purpose of having solar to begin with. EHS said they would fix this issue and 6 months later, I am still waiting. The lender is hounding me for the payment but as far as I can tell the job still isn't done and the promises that they made are not worth anything. Don't use this company they are in for the sale then don't care about anything else. They didn't caulk around the brackets causing a leak in my roof that I never had had before and caused even more damage. So, no, do not use EHS they are just like every one else, only in for the money and they do not keep their promises.

Will was very patient with me. He did an awesome job walking me through the app im not tech savey at all and he made it easy for me to understand. !!!

Overall, great experience did take a little long due to my system being a tier 2 system, but install was pretty seamless. Everyone has been very easy to deal with overall highly recommended.

Will was great. Helped me turn on my tesla system and get it activated. Very kind guy drove 3 hrs just to make me happy hes a good guy.

Beware of false information being lied to and no concern after the sale. I ask for a solar system that I could survive off grid if needed. My system is no where close to that. I started letting them know the day after installation that I was not happy and this was not what I ask for or paid for. Have never gotten a call after one month. When I called corporate I was told I signed contract and they would do nothing. Just remember this before choosing this company.
